Fluent Telecom engineers are all fully trained on all of the Samsung, Panasonic, Intertel and Avaya telephone systems and we act on a service level agreement of one hour to dial in, 4 hours for class A fault (loss of lines) and 16 hours for class B (Faulty Handset).
Remote Maintenance
Using optional remote access. Systems may be remotely programmed, upgraded and diagnosed via modem or lan to ensure that your system is in optimum condition at all times. without the need of engineer to visit your offices.
Every new maintenance contract includes one complimentary Engineers visit to service your system.
