Our History
The Fluent Group has been active for over 20 years, in which we have grown to establish a variety of clients of all sizes and across many industries, including offices, schools, estate agents, hospitals and shops. We have been lucky to help solve connectivity issues for our clients for so long and we look forward to including you in our future endeavours too.
Fluent Communications was founded in January 2002.
Fluent moved into our first office, Southdown, on Western Road, Crowborough.
Fluent then won the “Top WLR Reseller” of 2006, awarded by Telecommunications Management Limited.
After expanding, Fluent moved into The Barn in Eridge, where we grew our services for 12 more years.
Fluent were the first Samsung reseller in East Sussex to be awarded the Platinum Business Partner status. This prestigious award was only issued to a select number of UK businesses that met Samsung’s high standards of product sales, product training and aftersales support.
Fluent Technologies Ltd was created to support our customer’s IT needs with an inhouse dedicated IT support team.
Fluent then won the “New Dealer Of The Year” from the Channel Telecom Partner Awards.
With our continued growing success, Fluent decided to buy our services directly from BT Wholesale. This allowed us to pass the extra savings to the customers whilst being able to have direct access to the networks and carriers allowing us to fix faults quicker and more efficiently.
Fluent became the first Platinum reseller in East Sussex to achieve Platinum Reseller Partner status and only one of two businesses in East Sussex that consistently hold this accreditation.
Fluent became a Silver Microsoft Partner, showing we have reached a high-standard of technical performance, service quality & customer care.
After 12 years of organic growth, we outgrew “The Barn” and moved into our current office based in Harley House, Crowborough, East Sussex.
